On behalf of the Chenango Valley Amateur Radio Association Executive Board and Hamfest Committee, we regret to inform you that our Third Annual, April 4th 2020, Hamfest has been postponed.

We don’t take this action lightly but feel that there is no other option. The potential chance of infection to our club members and attendees, while possibly low, is simply to great a risk to continue as planned.

Additionally, the new group restrictions and limitations that were announced by Governor Cuomo, force us to postpone the event regardless of how we might feel as our location is simply to small to meet the new requirements.

Once we have evaluated a safe future date we will once again invite you to attend.

Anyone who has previously paid for and reserved tables or admission will be refunded.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any disruption this causes you. We sincerely hope you and your family stay safe in the coming weeks and months,

*PLEASE NOTE: Consider reserving early! Spaces will go quickly (during past years there was very little or no Table or Tailgating spots left on the day of the Hamfest).
